Recovering a disabled Facebook account can be frustrating and confusing, especially if your password isn't working or you can not reset your Facebook password because you can't access the email or mobile phone number on your account, which also means that you have no way to get confirmation reset code. I know this feeling because I just experienced Facebook disabled my account.

Fortunately, I submitted a copy of my ID card certificate and successfully recovered my facebook account! I will show you how to successfully recover Facebook account and password without confirmation reset code.

Why Your Facebook Account Gets Disabled

In general, a facebook account may have been disabled if you violate the term & rules of facebook. Let's take a look at some possible reasons why your Facebook account has been locked or disabled.

  • Fake account: If you don't use your real name, Facebook will eventually find out.
  • Hacked: Someone may be trying to access your account, so Facebook requires you to verify your identity.
  • Malware: If you click on fraud or scam content on Facebook, your account may be locked.
  • Offensive content: Posting content that violates facebook terms.

If you have sent "too many" friend requests or sent "too many" messages (especially messages with the same content) in a short period of time, your account may be disabled. If some people report badly about your profile, then there are chances for facebook staff to officially disable your account.

So if you think that your Facebook account was disabled by mistake, you can re-enable and recover that account by submitting an appeal.

Note: If you don't know what alternate information you have, go to facebook.com/login/identify and follow the instructions. Make sure to use a computer or mobile phone that you have previously used to log into your Facebook account.

To start the process, go to the login page and click on the forgot password.
